Registration is $110.00 per child. In person or mail in registrations must be received by 4:30pm on Friday, May 31, 2024. Online registrations will be accepted through Sunday, June 2, 2024. Child must be registered to attend tryouts. In-person registration will only be accepted at the Bernards Township Recreation Office, Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm with payment by cash or check made payable to "Bernards Township Pool". Online registration is available 24/7 and requires payment by credit card. Registrations will NOT be accepted at the pool and will not be accepted after June 2, 2024, NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Pleasant Valley Swim Team is a competitive, coed team, comprised of pool members ages 6 to 18 years old (by 6/01/24) and competes in the Morris County Summer Swim League. Swimmers are expected to be proficient in two strokes (Freestyle, Breaststroke, Butterfly, and Backstroke) and must be able to dive. Boys and girls compete in separate races and are grouped as: 8 and under, 9/10 (Swim 25 meters); and 11/12, 13/14, 15 and over (Swim 50 meters).

TRYOUTS: Swimmers must be registered BEFORE attending a tryout. Those swimmers who were not on the PVP Team in 2023 are required to attend a Tryout at Pleasant Valley Pool. Tryouts will be held in the evening on Tuesday, June 4 at 5:00pm and in the morning on Saturday, June 8 at 10:00am. Swimmers, who do not attend a tryout, will NOT be accepted into the program. Tryouts will determine placement on the Swim Team or recommended for lessons. Placement decisions are final. Full refunds will be given to any child that does not qualify for the team after trying out.

Each child must have a valid Pool Membership to register. Hired lifeguards should register for the "Swim Team for PVP Lifeguards". Complete and return the LG registration form with cash or check to the Recreation office.
