To create a new account complete and submit our Household Information Form along with the required proof of residency and date of birth documentation. Please follow all instructions noted on the form. Request to create a new account in advance, do not wait until a deadline day! Your completed form and documentation can be mailed or delivered in person to the Parks & Recreation Department, located in Town Hall, 1 Collyer Lane, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 or emailed to [email protected]. Household Information Forms may take up to 3 business days to process once received. After processing, we will send you a system generated email with further instruction.
